The Innovation Design Studio designs and builds the digital and immersive learning that makes that happen. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our LXD Creative Assets and Innovation Studio team that designs and produces learning products inclusive of simulations and multi-media. In this role you will design and build learning from start to finish: on-demand modules, microlearning, learning paths, scenario-based simulations, interactive stories, video, podcasts, manipulatives for live training, and audio, etc working directly with portfolio managers and subject matter experts. In the first year, the defining work is building reusable design patterns and content standards that make our learning consistent, accessible, and quick to produce with quality and measurable impact. You use AI to work faster and better, and you hold a high bar for quality and accuracy.  A collaborator. You partner easily with SMEs and U.S.-based business colleagues, give and receive critique, and deliver on time.  Responsibilities Design and build learning   Design and build on-demand courses, microlearning, learning paths, and in-the-flow resources that are easy to find, start, and finish.  Design simulations, scenario-based learning, and gamified experiences that build skills through realistic practice and feedback.  Produce your own assets   Build and produce your own learning assets from start to finish, including e-learning modules in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise, scripted and edited videos, screen recordings, audio, graphics, and animations, and package them for LMS deployment.  Write clear, accessible, on-brand content such as scripts, job aids, and guides.  Partner with the business   Work with SMEs and portfolio managers in U.S. working hours to turn expertise into practical content, and know when a simpler approach will do.  Define measures of success up front and work with Learning Measurement to evaluate effectiveness.  Set standards and patterns   Develop reusable templates, design patterns, and content standards (including xAPI and accessibility requirements) with the studio and Learning Operations.  Handle business content responsibly, using fictional or de-identified data in examples and following confidentiality and brand guidelines.  Reimagine production with AI   Use AI to accelerate scripting, storyboarding, asset creation, localization, and updating content, directing it toward your own design vision. Portfolio demonstrating digital learning products, simulations, or rich multi-media learning with measurable results.  Proficiency with authoring and media tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud) and an understanding of LMS, xAPI, and accessibility standards.  Experience applying user-centered design and iterating based on data.  Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
