Roku is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Analysis to help drive the strategy and analysis function for the Content organization across our US, Canada, and UK markets. The scope spans all Content types — Licensed / Original, Entertainment / Sports, FAST / Live / VOD. Working within an established function, you'll partner across Content, Finance, Core Analytics, Ad Revenue Operations, Subscriptions / Content Distribution Insights, and Product / Engineering to turn data into clear recommendations that shape the portfolio and inform investment decisions (licensing valuation, rev-share content mix, originals performance). You'll pair rigorous analysis with strong business judgment, own a defined slice of the insights and valuation workload end-to-end, and manage a team of 3. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to go deep on content performance and grow into broader strategy leadership.  For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $185,200 - $265,300. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. What are the responsibilities of the role? Strategy & Analysis p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Build and support the Content strategy roadmap across Licensed / Original and FAST / Live / VOD for the US, CA, and UK markets; help apply portfolio-mix principles (flat-fee vs. rev-share balance, tentpoles vs. long-tail) p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Marry Financial data (content costs) with Platform data (content exposure and performance) to build complete pictures of content performance and efficiency.
