Senior Management Business Analyst

Significance, Inc is seeking a Senior Management Business Analyst to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite support at the Department of Labor (DOL) office in Washington, DC, as needed. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. The U.S. Department of Labor keeps its books in the New Core Financial Management System (NCFMS), an Oracle E-Business Suite platform used by about 1,600 people to move roughly $70 billion a year. You will be the senior functional link between DOL accountants and the people who build and fix the system. You will own requirements, testing, and the hardest production problems in Federal Financials. When the general ledger does not tie out at year-end, that lands with you. Objective: keep NCFMS functionally correct and audit-ready, so that DOL's accounting operations close on time and every configuration, interface, and enhancement change holds up under Treasury, OMB, GAO, and financial statement audit scrutiny.
