Job Description About the Role   We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic  Senior Lead, Technology Strategy Analyst  to help shape and support key business and technology strategy initiatives. This role will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic planning, market intelligence, business analysis, and executive communications.  The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional research and storytelling capabilities. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, research, analysis, and executive storytelling, this role offers a unique platform to make a measurable impact.  Key Success Factors   Deliver strategic insights that influence executive decisions.  Produce best-in-class executive and board-level presentations.  Identify market trends and competitive intelligence that shape strategy.  Enable data-driven planning and prioritization across the organization.  Strategic Planning & Business Analysis   Support the development of enterprise, business unit and technology strategies.  Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, strategic priorities and narratives.  Develop strategic narratives and executive decision-support materials.  Assist in annual, multi-year, and long-range strategic planning processes.  Market & Competitive Intelligence   Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, emerging growth, and competitive developments.  Analyze industry standards, benchmarks, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.  Synthesize external research into actionable insights for senior leadership.  Executive Communications & Storytelling   Create executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and briefing documents.  Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling business stories.  Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate strategic priorities, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.  Partner with senior stakeholders to prepare presentations for leadership, board, and client audiences.  Cross-Functional Collaboration   Partner with business, finance, operations, product, technology, and transformation teams to gather insights and align strategic priorities.  Facilitate working sessions, strategy workshops, and planning discussions.  Build relationships across the organization to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.  Who You Are   A strategic thinker who can connect market insights, business objectives, and operational realities into actionable recommendations.  Naturally curious and passionate about understanding industries, competitors, and future trends.  An exceptional communicator who can simplify complexity and influence stakeholders through clear storytelling.  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and executive-level polish.  Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.  Highly collaborative and capable of building credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.  Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to continuously improve how strategy is developed and communicated.  What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related field.  6-10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business analysis, technology strategy, or a related field.  Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning initiatives and executive decision-making processes.  Strong experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.  Experience developing executive-level presentations and strategic communications for senior leadership.  Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks, business intelligence, and market analysis techniques.  Expertise in gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting large amounts of information from multiple sources.  Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations.  Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities for financial, operational, and strategic analyses.  Ability to transform complex data into compelling visual stories and strategic insights.  Added bonus if you have: Experience supporting executive leadership teams, boards of directors, or C-suite stakeholders.  Background in technology, financial services, consulting, or large-scale enterprise environments.  Experience evaluating emerging industry trends, AI technologies, digital transformation, and competitive market dynamics.  Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
