ABOUT THE TEAM We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our Workforce Finance team within Corporate FP&A. As Anduril rapidly scales to transform defense technology, this role is critical to ensuring we build a strategically aligned, efficient workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, financial modeling, business partnering, and process improvement—ideally with exposure to hypergrowth companies or defense/aerospace industries. This individual will be instrumental in driving workforce financial strategy, guiding headcount decisions across the enterprise, and optimizing our most important investment—our people. WHAT YOU’LL DO Strategic Workforce Planning & Analysis Lead building structure for enterprise headcount planning and forecasting in a hypergrowth defense technology environment Develop labor cost models and scenario analysis to support rapid scaling across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations Align workforce investments with business strategy, growth objectives, and government contract requirements Support ad-hoc analysis on workforce trends, hiring velocity, and organizational evolution Workforce Financial Management & Reporting Track cost-per-hire, labor efficiency metrics, and workforce costs aligned to contract vehicles and program budgets Analytics & Insights Build workforce cost analytics and benchmarking against defense, aerospace, and high-growth tech companies Analyze productivity metrics: revenue per employee, ACV per employee, department ratio analysis Track industry ratios for Departments in SG&A, Manufacturing, and Engineering functions Model workforce composition and efficiency across program types (production, R&D, customer-funded, IRAD) Conduct organizational design analytics and turnover cost analysis Data Systematization & Automation Systematize workforce data to establish single source of truth for all reporting across a rapidly scaling organization Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity Drive automation and analytics to surface business trends and scaling challenges Implement workforce reporting tools that support corporate and government reporting requirements Planning, Budgeting & Compliance Lead annual headcount and compensation planning cycles Own merit increase, promotion budgeting, and contingent workforce spend management Model workforce ramp scenarios for new contract wins and production scaling Executive Reporting & Business Partnership Create workforce financial models, headcount reports, and executive reporting Prepare business case analysis for workforce investments and new program staffing Lead monthly enterprise presentations to business partners and senior leadership Partner with HR, FP&A, Program Management, and business leaders across functions Serve as subject matter expert on workforce financial drivers and defense industry workforce trends REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/MS or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, workforce planning, or FP&A; experience in high-growth technology, defense, aerospace, or government contracting preferred Strong understanding of workforce planning, human capital analytics, and HR financial metrics Experience with government contract cost accounting (FAR/DCAA) and labor allocation principles highly desirable Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Rippling, Greenhouse, ChartHop) and ERP systems (Oracle EPM, Foundry) Proven ability to manage workforce finance in hypergrowth or scaling organizations Strong data governance and automation capabilities; ability to establish "single source of truth" reporting Exceptional business partnering and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Thrives in ambiguity and comfortable building frameworks from the ground up Proven track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Must be authorized to work in the United States PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in defense, aerospace, or government services industries Familiarity with FAR/CAS compliance and indirect rate structures US Salary Range $99,000 — $130,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
