We advise, build, and operate across the full transformation, from the first value case through implementation, adoption, ongoing operations, and measurable results.  We are looking for experienced finance professionals who bring clear depth in at least one of two areas:  Strong finance and transformation experience in one or more priority industries  Deep expertise in one or more Finance Reinvention capabilities  This is a broad role, but it is not a generalist role. You should bring a strong point of view, practical experience, and recognized credibility in an area that matters to CFOs and finance leaders. Industry-focused candidates should understand how organizations in their sector make money, invest, manage risk, and measure performance. Capability-focused candidates should be able to develop and apply deep expertise across clients and industries.  We will shape the role around your experience, strengths, and the market you can help us build.  Our priority industries   For industry-focused profiles, we are particularly interested in experience in one or more of the following industry groups:  Products: Consumer Goods and Services, Retail, Travel, Industrials, and Life Sciences  Resources: Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Natural Resources  Communications, Media and Technology   Health and Public Service   Our industry work starts with how each sector operates. We focus on its economics, value drivers, investment priorities, and day-to-day realities rather than starting with the features of a particular technology platform.  You may have worked as a finance executive, business finance leader, transformation leader, advisor, or program owner within one of these industries. What matters is that you understand the business, can build trust with senior decision-makers, and know how to turn industry challenges into practical finance transformation opportunities. Our Finance Reinvention capabilities   For capability-focused profiles, we are looking for deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:  1. Value Creation and Resilience   Help CFOs strengthen enterprise value, capital efficiency, liquidity, resilience, and investor confidence. The work may include finance operating model design, M&A integration and divestitures, treasury, tax, ESG intelligence, capital allocation, and performance improvement.  2. Reinvented Finance Core   Redesign the core processes that keep finance running, including record to insight, invoice to pay, order or contract to cash, regulatory controls and compliance, acquire to retire, and product costing. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve working capital, speed up the close, strengthen controls, and free finance teams to spend more time supporting the business.  3. Planning and Performance Analysis   Modernize FP&A through connected planning and forecasting, scenario modeling, predictive insights, and better decision support. This work helps organizations improve forecast accuracy, respond faster to change, connect financial and operational planning, and make better business decisions.  4. Finance Platform Transformation   Create AI-ready technology and data foundation for finance. The work may include business-first transformation, ERP and finance application modernization, connected architecture, and connected finance data. The goal is to reduce technology debt and total cost of ownership while creating a platform that supports continuous improvement.  Across all four capabilities, we want our offerings to be relevant to the client, grounded in value, shaped by industry needs, end to end, and designed with AI at the core. Your background may come from consulting, a leading company, or both. We value advisory experience, but we also value practical experience from finance leadership, business finance, transformation, technology, or major program ownership.  What you will do   The exact focus of the role will depend on whether your strongest contribution is within an industry, a Finance Reinvention capability, or a combination of both.  You may:  Act as a trusted partner to CFOs and finance leaders in your selected industry or capability area.  Develop a clear point of view on the finance topics in which you bring the greatest experience.  Connect changes in markets, industries, finance, technology, and AI with the priorities of CFOs and finance leaders.  Identify and pursue opportunities where Accenture can make a meaningful difference.  Assume accountability for defining and driving the actions needed to reach financial targets for selected industries, capabilities, or client portfolios.  Use Accenture's global network and expertise to create practical and differentiated Finance Reinvention propositions.  Build trusted relationships with senior clients, identify important business needs, and shape value cases, transformation roadmaps, proposals, and commercial models.  Lead major client engagements from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, operations, and results.  Bring together the right people from across Accenture and our partner ecosystem.  Ensure delivery quality and help teams solve difficult client challenges.  Develop colleagues and turn successful client work into reusable methods, assets, and market of
