To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com Position Overview: We are looking for a senior business leader to own the B2C growth and customer-outcomes engine for our pre-licensing education business. This role is responsible for the full customer journey, from how aspiring professionals discover and choose Colibri through enrollment, course completion, exam readiness, and licensure. Think of this as a GM-style role with a strong go-to-market orientation. You will own commercial outcomes including revenue, contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and conversion, while also shaping the product and learner experience that drives completion and pass rates. You will work across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Shared Services, setting priorities for dedicated resources and aligning teams around a common set of business and customer outcomes.
