The Digital Product Manager Senior is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital products, including strategy, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, testing, release, and optimization. This role is accountable for leading large, ambiguous, and complex product initiatives, shaping product roadmaps and delivery priorities, and driving alignment across business and technology stakeholders to maximize digital merchandising performance and business value. This role serves as a recognized subject matter expert, guiding product decisions, and leading cross-functional efforts that advance digital product capabilities and outcomes. Essential Functions Lead the development and execution of digital product roadmaps, priorities, and feature portfolios by objectively balancing business value, market and customer insights, technical considerations, and delivery effort Establish digital product strategies, portfolio priorities and roadmap frameworks that guide AOP investment decisions and long-term customer and business outcomes Lead large-scale cross-functional product initiatives to ensure successful planning, development, testing, commercialization, deployment, and adoption of digital product capabilities Apply design thinking methodologies, including user story development, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, to define product requirements and guide solution design for complex customer and business needs Oversee agile product management processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, issue management, and release planning, to ensure high-quality, transparent, and timely product delivery Analyze product performance, utilization, revenue retention indicators, and business outcomes to identify opportunities and implement enhancements that improve customer experience, adoption, and product effectiveness Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, technology architecture, platform capabilities, integrations, and operational requirements to support scalable, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions Lead coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure digital platforms, applications, and supporting infrastructure meet customer needs and business objectives Provide product leadership by coaching team members, guiding complex, data-informed decision-making, recommending best practices, and leading resolution of difficult product, process, stakeholder, and delivery challenges Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience 7 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related technology roles Preferred Requirements Experience with digital commerce platforms and technology integrations Skills and Abilities Recognized expertise in digital product management, product lifecycle management, and agile delivery methodologies Ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks that align business and technology objectives Advanced project management skills with the ability to lead large, complex initiatives and manage competing priorities and investment tradeoffs Ability to analyze ambiguous customer, business, and product challenges and develop effective solutions and recommendations Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders across business and technology functions without direct authority Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts, recommendations, tradeoffs, and product status to diverse audiences Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve difficult and often complex issues Physical and Cognitive Demands Communicate/Hearing Frequently Communicate/Talking Frequently Learn New Tasks or Concepts Frequently Make Timely Decisions in the Context of a Workflow Frequently Complete Tasks Independently Constantly Maintain Focus Constantly Remember Processes & Procedures Constantly Stationary Position (Seated) Constantly Vision Constantly Hand/Eye Coordination Occasionally Bend Rarely Complete Tasks in a Noisy Environment Rarely Feeling/Grasping/Handling Rarely Move/Traverse Rarely Repetitive Motions Rarely Working Environment Hazards Occasionally Environmental Conditions Office: This position primarily operates in a professional office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building.
