Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Magna Legal Services is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, to help lead and evolve the analytics practice supporting our Records Retrieval line of business. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate those needs into scalable data solutions, and deliver reporting and insights that drive better decision-making. The Senior Data Analyst will own the development and ongoing improvement of dashboards and reporting in Sigma, while also helping establish reporting standards, improve data quality, and strengthen the underlying analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
