The Senior Customer Business Executive - Public Sector,  is responsible for owning and growing strategic existing Public Sector accounts by ensuring customers derive measurable value from the WalkMe while identifying opportunities to expand its use across the organization. This is a strategic, consultative role requiring a blend of commercial ownership, executive engagement, and technical product understanding. The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders to position WalkMe as a core enabler of digital transformation, productivity, and user adoption. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to customers, ensuring long-term account sustainability through strong adoption, renewal leadership, and growth initiatives. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The OTE for this role is between $250,000 and $260,000 including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
