About The Role We're looking for a Senior Counsel to join our legal team who is hungry to work as an all-purpose legal athlete, leading on commercial and transactional matters while touching on legal issues across the entire business. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll own the rapid lifecycle of our partnership and integration agreements – from client contact through signature – while growing into the broader legal function across regulatory, product, corporate governance, litigation, employment, and other special matters. We’re looking for an exceptional lawyer who is sharp with people, intuitively orients around genuine legal risks and drafts clean and fast. We work together Monday through Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration and optional WFH Fridays to reset and recharge.
