As we continue to scale our global platform, the Training Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and delivering Operations training programs that elevate workforce capability across fulfillment and manufacturing centers. ROLE OVERVIEW The Training Coordinator brings creativity, experience, and passion for learning to meet the evolving needs of Fanatics Commerce Operations through a blended learning platform. This role leads the coordination and facilitation of function-specific training programs, drives continuous improvement of training materials, and serves as a key partner in onboarding seasonal employees at scale. The Training Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) • Partner closely with the Learning and Development team to align Operations training programs with corporate learning initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive employee experience across the organization. • Observe and evaluate individual trainers and team leaders to provide actionable recommendations that improve training efficiency, effectiveness, and overall team capability. • Attend and contribute to Fulfillment or Manufacturing Center Management Team meetings, serving as a visible advocate for learning and workforce development priorities. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) • Conduct and facilitate New Hire Orientations that create a welcoming, informed, and engaged workforce ready to deliver exceptional fan experiences from day one. • Design and deliver participant-centered personal and professional improvement training courses that meet employees where they are and build skills that directly support operational performance. • Partner with Operations leaders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into targeted training solutions that keep frontline teams equipped to serve fans at the highest level. • Adapt training delivery and communication style to effectively engage a diverse, multilingual workforce, including Spanish/English bilingual facilitation where needed at applicable locations. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) • Conduct task analyses to create and validate Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring training content is accurate, current, and reflective of real operational workflows. • Continuously evaluate existing training programs and materials, identifying opportunities to modernize content and improve learning outcomes through blended and technology-enabled approaches. • Develop and maintain a systematic method for tracking training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and individual employee knowledge and skill development over time. • Bring fresh thinking to how adult learning principles are applied in a warehouse environment, piloting new methods and tools to make training more engaging and impactful. Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) • Coordinate and deliver function-specific training programs across various shifts and time periods, including peak season hours, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational continuity. • Lead onboarding and training initiatives for seasonal employees, managing high-volume facilitation demands while maintaining consistency and quality of the learner experience. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization — from executive stakeholders to new hires — adapting message and method to the audience and context. • Own assigned training responsibilities with a high degree of organizational rigor, attention to detail, and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
