BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager for our Raleigh Assistive Care State Programs Office in Raleigh, NC. What You’ll Do As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play an important role in connecting clients with the caregivers they depend on. You will: Coordinate client services and respond quickly to scheduling needs and changes Manage and proactively grow your client caseload Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners Build strong relationships with referral sources, payors, and community organizations throughout the Raleigh area Partner closely with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees, including HHAs and CNAs Monitor key performance and financial metrics for your caseload Collaborate with your office team to solve problems and ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality care What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Comfort working with technology and electronic medical record systems Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals Preferred: Home care staffing or scheduling experience Medicaid experience Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, service-minded, and motivated to grow their career.
