We are currently seeking a SAP Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). The SAP Business Project Manager is responsible for leading the business workstreams of SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business process improvements, organizational readiness, and adoption of SAP solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP program team, translating strategic business objectives into executable project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The SAP Business Project Manager oversees planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, business process design, testing, training, change management, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. The role works closely with business leaders, functional teams, IT, system integrators, and executive sponsors to deliver SAP-enabled business transformation. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Business Project Leadership •    Lead business workstreams for SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs. •    Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. •    Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Customer Service. •    Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved on time and within budget. •    Drive issue resolution and maintain alignment between business priorities and project objectives. ________________________________________ Business Process Transformation •    Partner with business process owners to assess current-state processes and define future-state operating models. •    Facilitate business process design workshops and requirements gathering sessions. •    Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation using SAP best practices. •    Support organizational redesign where required to align with new SAP capabilities. •    Ensure business processes comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. ________________________________________ Stakeholder Management •    Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and functional stakeholders. •    Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and business reviews. •    Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to leadership. •    Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve cross-functional conflicts. •    Promote collaboration across business and IT organizations. ________________________________________ Business Readiness •    Develop and execute business readiness plans. •    Coordinate organizational readiness assessments. •    Ensure business users are prepared for new SAP processes and technology. •    Oversee readiness activities including: o    Process validation o    User training o    Role mapping o    Security readiness o    Operational readiness o    Business communications o    Support model preparation ________________________________________ Change Management •    Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to drive user adoption. •    Develop communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. •    Support change impact assessments and mitigation planning. •    Coordinate training development and end-user enablement. •    Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change. ________________________________________ Testing Coordination •    Lead business participation in testing activities, including: o    System Integration Testing (SIT) o    User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o    End-to-End Business Process Testing o    Regression Testing •    Ensure business scenarios are adequately tested. •    Coordinate defect prioritization and resolution with functional and technical teams. •    Obtain business sign-offs for testing milestones. ________________________________________ Deployment & Cutover Support •    Collaborate with the SAP Cutover Manager to ensure business readiness for go-live. •    Coordinate business deployment activities. •    Validate completion of business cutover tasks. •    Support go/no-go readiness assessments. •    Participate in command center activities during deployment. •    Ensure minimal business disruption during production cutover. ________________________________________ Hypercare & Continuous Improvement •    Support Hypercare planning and post-go-live stabilization. •    Monitor business performance following deployment. •    Coordinate issue resolution with support teams. •    Gather user feedback and identify process improvement opportunities. •    Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. ________________________________________ Governance & Compliance •    Maintain project governance documentation. •    Monitor project scope, risks, and dependencies. •    Ensure compliance with enterprise project management standards. •    Support audit and regulatory requirements. •    Manage business approvals and project documentation. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications •    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. •    Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. •    8–12 years of project management experience, including business-led technology transformation initiatives. •    Minimum of 5 years supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs. •    Experience managing cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. •    Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies. ____________________________________
