Salesforce Analyst

In this role you will play a vital role in optimizing our business processes by providing administrative and technical support for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a critical liaison between our technical teams and end-users, ensuring that our Salesforce platform is leveraged to its full potential to meet company goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proactive mindset. COME ON BOARD THE GOGO ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS TEAM! How will you make a difference? Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and useability issues Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goals Manage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools Partner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Help develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance Perform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgrades Create and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferred Required Skills, Talents, & Experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions Experience with data management, including data imports/exports, data quality, and data migration Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams Preferred Skills Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II Familiarity and experience with third-party application integrations Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions Exposure to working in Agile delivery environments Equal Pay Disclosure(s) Base Pay : 76,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual Target Annual Short-Term Incentive : Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay) Eligible for Incentive Stock Program : Yes Benefits : Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
