Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes. Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning. Correctly update all lead management reports daily. Enter information on all platforms. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications What You Need: 1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound) Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role) Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends Must pass background check and drug screening Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
