Full Time/Part Time: $35-$44/hour based on experience, plus weekend and shift differentials PRN: $41/hour Part Time and Full Time wages are determined using an experience-based pay scale. Position Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care Qualifications Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) License required Rehab experience required Schedule & Hours Full Time  1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Includes every other weekend and every other holiday Part Time | Every Other Weekend Only 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Includes every other holiday PRN Opportunities Hiring PRN RNs for all shifts : Days Evenings Nights Willow Valley Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
