Join our 36-bed Progressive Care Unit , where nurses care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and specialized treatment than a traditional medical-surgical floor can provide. PCU nurses care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, respiratory illnesses, and those recovering from open-heart surgery and advanced cardiovascular procedures. This dynamic environment offers the opportunity to develop advanced assessment, telemetry, and critical thinking skills while working closely with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Current Montana RN license  (or compact license) required CPR/BLS certification  required ACLS & NHISS within 6 months of hire/transfer Previous Critical care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in patient conditions Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patients’ physical and mental status Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless patient care Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
