Position Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $39.00 per hour Facility: All Saints Sub Acute Responsibilities Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans Respond appropriately to residents' needs and emergencies Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being Qualifications Current and valid California RN license Previous skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Join All Saints Sub Acute?
