Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $20,000 + RELOCATION BONUS! 0-1 years of experience: $10,000 1-3 years of experience: $15,000 3+ years of experience: $20,000 5 South is a 40-bed, fast-paced, team-oriented, medical-surgical unit caring for acutely ill adults specializing in urology, nephrology, trauma, and colorectal surgery and general body systems. Our many specialties and diverse patient population will provide daily challenges and vast opportunities to develop a wide breadth of nursing knowledge and hone the valuable nursing skills so important in nursing development in future applications across all specialties. We partner with our Virtual Nurse partners to provide collaborative patient care utilizing virtual and bedside nursing. POSITION PURPOSE The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.
