Join our 32-bed Emergency Department , a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving northwest Montana. Our emergency team cares for patients of all ages and treats a diverse range of medical, surgical, pediatric, and trauma conditions. Qualifications Current Montana RN license  (or compact license) required CPR/BLS certification  required ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer ENPC & TNCC within 1 year of hire/transfer Previous Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in patient conditions Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patients’ physical and mental status Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless patient care Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: 36 hours/ week, 3 12-hour night shifts, 1900-0700 Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
