Responsibilities As Manager of Dialysis, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Qualifications Education  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field  Experience 3 years work experience in a dialysis-related field  Dialysis billing experience and/or knowledge of the requirements for CMS and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)  Licenses and Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)  CAHT - State of California Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) preferred CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician preferred Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
