RN Clinical Educator - OR

Responsibilities Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and nursing. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of nursing expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed. Qualifications Education Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred Work Experience 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Required Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS certification Upon Hire Required and Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) within 60 Days Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Columbus Midtown
