Flexible Shift Options: Weekend Program Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts) 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!) You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) CPR certification required 2+ years of nursing experience preferred , ideally in long-term care or rehab Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing We are an equal opportunity employer.
