Join our 40-bed Acute Care Unit , a fast-paced environment that provides exceptional care to patients with a wide variety of medical conditions and treatment needs. Nurses care for patients with diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, sepsis, diabetes, kidney disease, dementia, gastrointestinal disorders, and complex wounds, while coordinating care for numerous diagnostic tests and procedures. The unit also cares for post-surgical patients and serves as a step-down destination for patients transitioning from higher levels of care. With a high volume of admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ACU nurses develop strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills while helping patients progress toward recovery and discharge. Qualifications Current Montana RN license  (or compact license) required CPR/BLS certification  required Previous Med/Surg experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassion for geriatric and medically complex patients Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Shift: Variable - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: 36 hours per week, 3 12-hour shifts, Day and Night shift opportunities available. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
