What You'll Do As a Risk & Compliance Team Lead, you will: Lead and develop a team of Risk & Compliance professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance Manage the team's delivery of audit, risk assessment, controls testing, and compliance activities Review and evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC), security controls, access management, cloud controls, and operational processes Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, infrastructure, and application teams to address identified risks Support internal audits, external assessments, compliance reviews, and certification initiatives Drive continuous improvement efforts and promote risk-aware decision-making across teams Monitor team performance, workload, and project deliverables to ensure quality outcomes Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders What We're Looking For Required Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, IT Compliance, IT Controls, Cybersecurity Governance, or related areas At least 2 years of Team Lead, Supervisory, or People Management experience Experience leading audit, controls testing, risk assessment, or compliance activities Experience working with application development, infrastructure, cloud, managed services, or cybersecurity environments Key Skills Experience in one or more of the following: IT General Controls (ITGC) Technology Risk & Controls SOX IT Controls Access Management & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Segregation of Duties (SoD) Security Controls Reviews Application Controls Change Management Controls IT Compliance & Governance Vulnerability & Patch Management Cloud Security & Cloud Controls Identity and Access Management (IAM) Control Testing & Risk Assessments Infrastructure and Application Audits Ideal Backgrounds IT Audit Team Lead Technology Risk Lead IT Risk & Controls Lead IT Compliance Lead GRC Team Lead ITGC Lead Auditor Cyber Risk Lead Security Compliance Lead Technology Controls Lead Preferred Certifications The following certifications are advantageous but not required: CISA CRISC CIA CISSP CISM ISO 27001 Lead Auditor COBIT ITIL AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Certifications SOC 1 / SOC 2 PCI-DSS Why Join Accenture?
