What You’ll Do Review right of way project files and deliverables against client requirements and ORC standards Audit acquisition and relocation documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Document findings clearly and track corrective actions to closure Partner with project teams to resolve issues and prevent repeats Support scheduled audits and client compliance reviews Help maintain checklists, standards, and review tools We’re Looking for Someone Who Is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented — accuracy is the heart of this role Applies standards consistently and documents findings clearly Works efficiently under tight deadlines and keeps multiple priorities moving Communicates feedback constructively — in writing and in conversation Brings a strong service mindset to every project team interaction Picks up new systems and software quickly Minimum Requirements  Experience in Quality Control, documentation review, or similar quality-related disciplines  Must include experience in the Right of Way industry Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Where You Fit This posting covers QA/QC Specialist levels 1 & 2, and the pay range shown reflects the full span across both levels — not the range for any single level. QA/QC Specialist 1 — $44,462 – $54,554 | Minimum of [1] year of right of way experience QA/QC Specialist 2 — $50,942 – $62,469 | Minimum of [3] years of right of way experience Relocation and per diem are not provided.
