Revit Designer

Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced Revit Operator to join our MEP team in Reno, Nevada, (NV)! Responsibilities The person in this position will use basic computer drafting software to model mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to generate site plans and construction drawings for Kimley-Horn projects Designing and producing sets of plans; implementing and managing AutoCAD/REVIT drafting and plan preparation standards Lead cross discipline clash detection process during design Pick up comments during reviews and update design accordingly Assists in maintaining drawing database Performs routine analysis to check accuracy of data Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred) 2+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Autodesk, REVIT MEP preferred Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn Ability to work independently and with a team Why Kimley-Horn?
