Revenue Cycle Director, Physician Enterprise

Serves as a key advisor and liaison to physicians, executive leadership, and vendor partners on revenue cycle operations and compliance. Leads professional billing, charge capture, and revenue optimization efforts to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence. Builds collaborative relationships across physician practices, Information Services, and third-party vendors to drive process improvements. Oversees vendor performance and revenue cycle operations, ensuring accountability, accuracy, and service excellence. Uses data and reporting to identify opportunities, enhance provider performance, and support organizational goals. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations while mitigating financial and operational risk. Reports To:  Financial Operations/VP [Vice President]  Supervises:  Analyst/Decision Support WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
