Thuma is looking for a Retail Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to help build the teams that bring our brand to life. You’ll own full-cycle, high-volume hiring across Retail, Cafe, CX, and Supply Chain, partnering closely with leaders to find exceptional people, move quickly, and create a candidate experience that feels as thoughtful as the brand itself.
