Retail Analyst

Key Responsibilities Daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective action to leadership Own data integrity across SAP/POS systems end-to-end, including resolving root-cause issues Consolidate and report market share data and insights Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) Store segmentation and productivity analysis Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions (PER package development), presenting recommendations directly to leadership Partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing Channel-specific KPI and promotion performance reporting Support Annual Finance Plan — sales forecast and budget input Acts as the analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead — expected to challenge assumptions and shape decisions Ad hoc analysis on request from leadership LOCATION Korea, Seoul - Office FULL TIME/PART TIME Full time Current LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
