Position: Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour Location: Tice Valley Post Acute Position Summary The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) works closely with nursing and rehabilitation staff to provide restorative care to residents. The RNA assists residents with individualized restorative programs designed to maintain or improve their functional abilities, mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities Assist residents with restorative nursing programs and activities Support residents with ambulation, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and positioning Encourage independence with activities of daily living Follow individualized restorative care plans and facility protocols Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, mobility, or functional status Document restorative activities accurately and timely Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards Qualifications Current CNA certification preferred/required based on facility requirements Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or restorative nursing preferred Knowledge of safe transfer, positioning, and mobility techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Tice Valley Post Acute?
