As a Restaurant Server at Home Plate , our new BBQ restaurant located within the Memory Center, you'll provide exceptional service while helping create a welcoming dining experience for Residents, families, guests, and Team Members. Position Details Part-Time 3:30 PM-9:00 PM (closing time varies based on business needs) Schedule could vary and may include: Weekends Holidays Pay: $8.00/hour+ based on experience, plus tips What You'll Do Provide prompt, courteous service to Residents and guests Greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system Memorize menu items and ingredients and make recommendations Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Clear and reset tables throughout service Assist with banquet and special event service as needed Complete side work, cleaning assignments, and stocking duties Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe handling procedures Collaborate with fellow Team Members to ensure an outstanding dining experience Assist in kitchen or dish room operations when needed What We're Looking For Some prior restaurant or food service experience preferred A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Apply Today!
