Job Details Responsibilities: Respiratory Equipment Technician provides support to the Respiratory Therapist by cleaning, disinfecting non-disposable respiratory therapy equipment. The position is also responsible for ordering, stocking and maintaining disposable respiratory equipment and oxygen cylinders throughout the hospital. Disassembles, cleans, decontaminates and reassembles all Respiratory Therapy equipment according to department policy and procedure, and if damaged, brings to the attention of a supervisor. Responsible for stocking and maintaining adequate supply of oxygen cylinders throughout the hospital. Requisitions all departmental inventory as needed and stocks appropriately in the department and in various locations throughout the hospital. Responsible for stocking and maintaining airway management boxes. Performs other related duties as assigned, such as cleaning and maintaining department in excess of cleaning performed by Housekeeping department. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in inventory management preferred but willing to train candidate that possess the necessary skills to learn Posted Salary Range USD $25.61 - USD $39.80 /Hr.
