What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Work on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC, air handlers, and other residential equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control issues Explain your findings and repair options clearly to homeowners Provide customers with options and recommendations based on their needs Identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacements Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps people calling Sila What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA 608 Certification Experience with gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems Comfortable troubleshooting electrical and low-voltage systems Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners ServiceTitan experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Someone dependable, professional, and proud of the work they do Why Sila?
