About the Role Horizon Services (Formally Blue Valley Heating & Cooling) is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. You'll join a team that values quality workmanship and steady, year-round work. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and customer service skills This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle. The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year.
