Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators. Role Summary Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Inventory Associate I. Associates are part of our Relic Inventory team, responsible for receiving, documenting, inventorying, and transacting whole and cut memorabilia pieces as they make their way through the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates are self-starters who possess analytical skills and have strong attention to detail given the criticality of maintaining accurate inventory for auditing and financial purposes. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.  Systems Used:  Oracle Fusion AirTable Relic Ingestion Tool Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) Responsibilities: Receive, open and sort through mail to prep it to be received material into Oracle by subject Use AirTable to gather invoices and validate costing in collaboration with Athlete Partnerships and Finance Maintain accurate records across all AirTable inventory bases Ship packages both internationally and domestic Validate Letters of Authenticity to follow legal requirements, and assist with authentication classification of memorabilia pieces Utilize the relic ingestion tool to ingest inventory into Oracle Fusion Follow and help maintain documented SOPs for ingestion, returns, and inventory processes. Complete all tasks per SOP to remain within SOX compliance Assist with daily cycle counts and end of year full physical counts Transact and transfer costing from not player worn memorabilia into player worn after athletes sign or wear the item Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product Abide by and help uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure Log inventory returns, converting costs of full items to cut pieces after relic cutting, and return to a specific bin location Collaborate with other departments to align priorities, share information, and work towards common organizational goals and outcomes The Ideal Candidate:  Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience with Inventory and/or Warehouse Management Systems Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong multi-tasking capabilities Ability to lift 30 lbs at once Accounting/finance experience preferred Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud.  Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants.
