As part of the Surgical Specialty Team, our unit brings together RNs, LPNs, Nursing Care Partners, Unit Ambassadors, and Clinical Support Associates who work side by side to deliver exceptional patient care. Every bed is monitored, giving nurses the opportunity to strengthen telemetry skills while expanding their expertise in surgical specialty and transplant nursing. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
