Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time | Non-Union Position Pay: $44.00 - $49.00 per hour Join the Copper Ridge Team Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to our residents. We currently have 1-2 full-time RN opportunities available. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards are maintained. Administer medications and treatments. Coordinate care with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. Respond to changes in resident conditions and emergencies. Qualifications Current Montana RN license in good standing. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Leadership and supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
