Apply the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Monitor and respond to cardiac monitoring, vital signs, and changes in patient condition. Communicate promptly with physicians and healthcare teams regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology. Educate patients and families on cardiac disease processes, treatments, and care plans. Supervise and collaborate with other nursing personnel, maintaining CCU standards of care. Document all care, interventions, and patient observations accurately while maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient condition. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. 6. Ventilator Management experience preferred. 7.
