Registered Nurse - Case Manager (Purchased/Referred Care)

Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager (Purchased/Referred Care) in support of Indian Health Services within the Fort Peck Service Unit in Wolf Point and Poplar, MT. Responsibilities Providing specialized case management and care coordination for patients with special health care needs. Reviewing and monitoring outpatient consultations and referrals for medical necessity, cost effectiveness, and appropriateness. Collaborating with PRC staff, providers, and external facilities to ensure care aligns with CMS criteria. Maintaining statistical data on consults, monitoring deferred referrals, and supporting PRC team continuous quality improvement. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (excluding federal holidays).  Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Registered Nurse, with case management and Purchased/Referred Care (or similar) experience.   Permanent, current, full and unrestricted license to practice a Registered Nurse in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.   Ability to obtain an IHS public trust clearance. Estimated Salary/Wage USD $34.01/Hr. Up to USD $43.60/Hr.
