Why You'll Love Working Here: We have a fantastic team that truly enjoys working together and helps each other out Our doctors are approachable and kind and willing to invest in and train their assistants A fun office culture that provides opportunities to learn and grow your skill set Who You Are: A Registered Dental Assistant with an active RDA license in the state of Texas 1 year of previous RDA experience and comes to work each day with a great attitude  Outgoing, reliable and eager to learn and grow with a team long-term ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule:   Monday-Friday 7:50am to 5pm On rare occasions Saturdays from 7:50am-12pm Compensation: $17-$18/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k matching, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, life insurance, and EAP. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry Provide post-operative care instructions Assist with ordering and stocking supplies ______________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas 1 year of previous RDA experience Active CPR certification Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
