Ranked among the nation's Top 35 Apartment Managers by NMHC, SRG Residential is known for combining operational excellence, innovative solutions, and boutique-style service with the strength and growth opportunities of a national platform.  REGIONAL MANAGER - San Mateo County, CA  These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations. Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered: Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role Must have experience in multi-family property management Prefer 5 years experience as a Regional Manager Proven leadership skills Experience managing 3rd party client relationships Strong financial background Must be able to travel as needed Lease-up experience preferred but not required Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.) Salary range is $140K-$155K/year.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual.
