Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Manage Regional Dispatch Operations: Ensure timely and accurate delivery and pickup of equipment across Quinn business units. Coordinate Equipment Movement: Use transportation and rental software to plan, assign, and direct workflow. Optimize Staffing & Scheduling: Evaluate staffing needs, adjust work schedules, and manage workforce assignments. Resolve Transportation Issues: Communicate with customers and employees to research and resolve routing, hauling, and delivery challenges. Control Costs: Monitor outside hauling usage, overtime expenses, and allocate transportation costs to the appropriate departments. Provide Training: Schedule and track employee training, including online courses (Pure Safety, Dealer Performance Center, etc.). Ensure DOT Compliance: Confirm driver completion of BIT inspections, review logbooks, and ensure adherence to vehicle maintenance schedules. Manage Documentation: Collect vehicle inspection reports and submit required documentation promptly. Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safety‑first culture; ensure all accidents or injuries are documented quickly and accurately. Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employees, complete PADS reviews on time, and hold EOS feedback meetings to create action plans. Partner With HR: Work closely with HR to support staffing, employee relations, and business objectives. Travel Regionally: Visit each branch in your assigned region at least three times per year.
