About this Role Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is a full-service contractor serving the Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, and surrounding states since 1976. As we grow, we're looking for a Recruiter who finds great people the right way — through real relationships and networking, not job boards alone. You'll spend real time at local colleges and technical schools, in the community, and at industry events, building the connections and trust that keep great candidates coming to Flare, and who thrives on being out in the community, energized rather than drained by a full recruiting calendar. You'll also own full-cycle recruiting and our employer brand, working closely with our HR Generalist on onboarding and other duties in our Coalville office.  What You'll Do What You'll Do   Partner with hiring managers across Flare's Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets, as well as administrative, shop/fleet, safety, IT, and finance functions, to identify staffing needs and build strong job postings  Source and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles companywide  Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from first contact through offer  Extend offers and kick off background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation  Own Flare's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and employer branding  Represent Flare at career fairs, campus visits, and industry recruiting events  Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need  Support new-hire onboarding logistics, working closely with our HR Generalist  Other duties as assigned   What You'll Bring What You Bring   2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred (construction or trades industry a plus)  Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office  Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices  A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for events  Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field required preferred  Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels including social media management and events.  Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external partners and leverage talent acquisition platforms for lead generation.  Outgoing and energetic, with a natural ability to start conversations and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.  Comfortable managing a high volume of open reqs and shifting priorities quickly during peak hiring periods without losing attention to detail.  What You'll Get Work Environment   This is an in-person role based out of our Coalville, UT office. When you're not representing Flare at a job fair, campus visit, or recruiting event, you'll be working from the Coalville office alongside the HR team — this is not a remote or hybrid position.
