Radiopharmacist - PET

Job Details PET | Kettering | Full-time | First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The Nuclear Pharmacist for the Nuclear Medicine/ PET department is responsible for oversight of all compounding, quality assurance testing and the manufacturing and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals used in both PET and conventional nuclear medicine. This individual will also assist in development of protocols for Food & Drug Administration approval, to include ANDA, INDA’s.    Minimum Education Master’s degree in nuclear pharmacy Required Licenses [United States Minor Outlying Islands] Pharmacist, Nuclear Ohio license to practice pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist) PharmD with with Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist Minimum Work Experience Minimum of 1 year experience as a nuclear pharmacist with experience in PET radiopharmaceutical production preferred.  Preferred Qualifications A Ph.D. in nuclear pharmacy or related field is preferred Experience in hospital or commercial radiopharmacy with a strong background in USP and FDA regulatory compliance Overview Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Our mission is to live God’s love by promoting and restoring health.
