Summary Job Description: Radiologic Technologist PART TIME - NIGHTS (3RD SHIFT)   The Radiology team at Baptist Health works together to provide the highest level of care for every patient. Our staff includes fellowship-trained radiologists, radiologic technologists, ultrasonographers and nuclear medicine technologists. From helping you prepare for your tests to listening carefully to your questions and clearly explaining everything you need to know, you’ll appreciate our careful attention and support.  The Radiologic Technologist provides diagnostic imaging services using radiographic and fluoroscopic technology to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role performs imaging procedures, image processing, and related techniques to produce high-quality images for interpretation by a radiologist or licensed independent practitioner. The Radiologic Technologist applies professional judgment, upholds high ethical standards, and adapts to varying patient conditions to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality exams.  Key Responsibilities:   Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures utilizing x-ray technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment  Conducts image acquisition, processing, and post-processing to produce high-quality diagnostic images  Exercises professional judgment while maintaining a demeanor consistent with medical ethics and patient-centered care  Assesses and responds to varying patient conditions to ensure appropriate care and successful completion of exams and procedures  Requirements:   Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology  Current ARRT certification required within 90 days of hire  Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license  Current BLS certification  Benefits: Part-Time 24 weekly hours (0.6 FTE) - 31.99 weekly hours (0.8FTE)   Health, Vision, Dental and Pet Insurance  Tuition Reimbursement up to $6,000 annually   Company paid Maternity and Paternity Leave   Bereavement Leave (includes pets)   PTO Sell Back Program   Compassionate Leave Sharing Program (PTO Donation)  Employee Support Fund, for employees in need of emergency financial support   Retirement with Company Match  Identity Theft Protection  5 days of Paid Time Off available upon hire   If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
