QA Technician III (Onsite)

Your   Impact As   Axon’s   RMA   Technician,   you   will   support   product   quality   and   the   customer   experience   by   testing   and   troubleshooting   devices   returned   by   customers.   You   will   help   identify   failures,   follow   established   testing   and   data-recovery   processes,   and   document   accurate   findings   that   support   root-cause   analysis   and   continuous   product   improvement. What   You’ll   Do Location :   Axon   5   –   Deer   Valley,   Phoenix,   Arizona Reports   to :   RMA   Technician   Supervisor,   Randy   Watson Travel:   Up   to   10% p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Perform   initial   testing   and   troubleshooting   of   customer-returned   Axon   devices. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Coordinate   with   the   RMA   Lead   Technician   on   assigned   device   types,   testing   priorities,   and   daily   work. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Follow   established   testing   documentation,   work   instructions,   and   data-recovery   processes   for   Axon   products. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Accurately   document   test   results,   device   findings,   and   relevant   data   in   quality   systems,   including   Jira   and   Microsoft   Dynamics   365. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Support   root-cause   analysis   and   problem-solving   efforts   by   gathering,   documenting,   and   communicating   accurate   technical   findings. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Handle   and   repair   small   electronic   components   as   needed. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Maintain   a   high   level   of   accuracy,   organization,   and   efficiency   in   a   fast-paced   warehouse   environment. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Work   independently   while   collaborating   effectively   with   the   broader   RMA   and   Quality   teams. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Maintain   a   clean,   safe,   and   organized   work   area. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Flex   into   other   responsibilities   as   needed   to   support   overall   team   priorities. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Travel   up   to   10%   as   business   needs   require. What   You   Bring p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Interest   in   testing,   troubleshooting,   and   analyzing   electronic   devices   in   a   fast-paced   environment. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Strong   analytical   and   problem-solving   skills,   with   an   interest   in   developing   root-cause   analysis   capabilities. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Strong   communication,   organization,   and   teamwork   skills. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> High   level   of   accuracy   with   data   entry   and   technical   documentation. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Basic   proficiency   with   Microsoft   Office. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Fine   motor   skills   required   to   handle   and   repair   small   electrical   components. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Ability   to   lift   up   to   50   pounds   unassisted,   including   battery   totes   and   similar   materials. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Ability   to   safely   work   in   a   warehouse   environment. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Willingness   to   shift   roles   and   priorities   as   needed   to   support   the   team. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Experience   in   electronics   or   electrical   manufacturing,   quality,   repair,   or   research   and   development   environments. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Experience   using   Microsoft   Dynamics   365   and   Jira. p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"> Experience   testing,   troubleshooting,   or   repairing   electronic   devices.
