Responsibilities Assist in the research and identification of potential suppliers and vendors Help evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing Support the purchasing team in managing inventory levels and stock orders Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation such as purchase orders and contracts Participate in supplier meetings and assist in building strong relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement strategies Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
