Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $63,150.00/Yr. - USD $105,200.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description Providing hands-on project control support for large and complex Navy/DoD projects Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking key milestones, analyzing the critical path, and monitoring project resources (staffing, procurement, and budgets) Coordinating directly with project teams to ensure tasks remain on schedule, compile project data, and prepare regular status reports to support successful project completion FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-KM1 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience Or a master's degree in a relevant discipline and three (3) years of relevant experience Or an associate’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and seven (7) years of relevant experience Of the required experience, at least three (3) years must be in large and complex projects associated with the U.S. Navy or other DoD programs Of the required experience, at least one (1) year must include experience leading project tasks or teams (this can be concurrent with the DoD experience) Experience providing hands-on support for project control, including developing and maintaining detailed project schedules Demonstrated experience tracking key milestones, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks remain on schedule Experience monitoring project resources, including staffing, procurement, and budget expenditures Experience compiling project data and preparing detailed status reports, timelines, and briefings for project stakeholders Possess a current DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification Experience supporting project controls, scheduling, or resource management specifically for DOD engineering, prototyping, and fabrication operations Proficiency using standard DoD project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools) Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements Less than 15 business days per calendar year About Us Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
